Saudi-made DIAMOND SI 10 is a pre-manufactured, high-performance SBS modified bitumen membrane, reinforced with a 180gsm non-woven polyester and coated with a polyethylene or mineral stone membrane. The SIFC waterproofing compound is formulated by blending selected bitumen and modifying it with styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) polymers. It offers high tensile, elongation, and tear resistance, excellent thermal stability, and low-temperature flexibility, and is commonly required in both waterproofing and moisture-resistant applications.
